Welcome to my website, I am Ben Dunning of Rozeldogue Show Kennel.
I have always had a large interest in dogs but only owned one as a pet as my life was taken up with my Show jumping career.

I competed from the age of just 5 years old and went on to be one of the UK’s top young riders, competing many times for my Country on teams all over Europe and in 1996 was the winner of the very prestigious Young Show jumper of the Year award at the world famous show Olympia. I continued as a senior but the backing of a good sponsor fell through so my International career was stopped short. I still ride at a lower level producing a few young horses but my time is now consumed by the dogs and dog shows.

Having a long history of animals and the rearing of them in my family, the breeding of my dogs and the selection of stud dogs and brood bitches with excellent confirmation and type came naturally to me. I now spend many hours training my dogs for the show ring and pride myself on the way my dogs stand and perform in the ring.

I work full time from home at our Stables and Kennels alongside a great team of people who without I could not have possibly achieved the goals I have.
 
My girlfriend Gemma who spends many nights up looking after puppies when I am away showing, my long time employee and good friend Jo who has worked with me now for many years helping look after the dogs with such love and care, thank you Jo we would be lost without you, and of course not forgetting my daughter Olivia who loves the dogs like they’re her brothers and sisters (she is only 16 months at time of writing!).
